The developer of the Square on Grand River has proposed a Brownfield Plan that could capture nearly $4,000,000 in tax revenue.

Important Decisions:

October 20, 2015

The Township Board approved a Mixed Use Planned Unit Development (Red Cedar Flats) to be located on Northwind Drive.  The development will contain commercial uses and residential housing consisting of 112 units and 316 bedrooms.  Four one-bedroom units will be dedicated as affordable housing units.
